    MOUNT AIRY, N.C., June 18, 2018 — UC Synergetic, a leading engineering, consulting, and technical service firm serving electric utilities and communications providers across the nation, has officially changed its name to Pike Engineering for its energy delivery and power engineering business lines. The change is effective June 18, 2018. The company will continue to operate as UC Synergetic for its communications business.

    With more than 8,000 employees across the country, Pike offers a full suite of construction, repair and engineering services for distribution and transmission powerlines and substations, with a growing portfolio of turnkey and renewable projects. The company recently embarked upon a rebranding effort to mirror the operational and technological upgrades it implemented, to seamlessly serve customers across its spectrum of integrated services.
