BRIAN LEARY, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

As Vice President of Pike Telecom, Brian’s primary focus is to oversee its growth in telecom construction and engineering. In addition, Brian is in charge of Pike’s renewables efforts on the East Coast. Prior to Pike, Brian was President of Valiant Power Group and was with JBL Electric for eight years. As the fourth generation in the construction industry, Brian began work in his early teens. Having acquired extensive knowledge and experience of diverse aspects of the business, Brian has successfully completed a vast number of projects that include telecommunications, renewables, utility and commercial construction. His instinct and vision have enabled him to anticipate and meet new demands and advancements, and his unwavering standards continue to enable the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.

DANA MORTON, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Dana leads Pike Telecom’s engineering group and has been with the company for 33 years. He is responsible for the Communications Division across our footprint. Under Dana’s leadership, the business has engineered fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks past more than four million homes and designed tens of thousands of miles of fiber-optic network for various wireline communications providers. Dana’s team also supports numerous wireless communications providers with small cell engineering, design and construction services across the U.S.

CARL FAIRWEATHER, VICE PRESIDENT

Carl started with Pike Telecom more than 24 years ago and is responsible for the delivery of outside plant engineering, construction, drafting and permitting services for our wireless and Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) customers. Carl has extensive experience in OSP fiber design and construction, plan/profile drawings, DOT permitting and third-party licensing, job cost estimating and standards development.

RICK COBURN, VICE PRESIDENT

Rick joined the company more than 21 years ago and oversees all engineering, drafting, permitting and surveying activities for our Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) clients. Rick’s areas of expertise include integration of client-specific systems and associated foundations, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) design criteria, network transformation, contract engineering services and records management.

ADAM GREEN, VICE PRESIDENT

Adam has been with the company for over nine years and is responsible for operations throughout the Southeastern region of the U.S. Under Adam’s leadership, the division has engineered all facets of fiber-optic infrastructure for numerous clients. Adam’s areas of expertise include OSP fiber design, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), permitting, structural loading analysis, cost control, and resource management and planning.
